Among our options, customers may choose from standard delivery, scheduled delivery windows based on their need and contactless delivery options to minimize person-to-person contact during the process. As we offer both products and rental packages, the estimated shipping period may vary. In certain cases, the delivery process may be subject to overview and confirmation by building management.
Delivery Area:
We currently deliver within the 23 wards of Tokyo and other locations by request. If your location is not within our delivery area, please contact our customer service team to discuss alternative arrangements.
Delivery Process:
Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare your rental furniture for delivery. On the scheduled delivery date, our delivery team will arrive at your specified location with your rental items. Our comprehensive delivery process commences with proactive communication with building management to secure necessary approvals. We adhere strictly to a high standard of delivery, meticulously safeguarding elevators and floors, as well as ensuring compliance with any building regulations or restrictions. We'll handle the heavy lifting and set up the furniture in your desired location, ensuring everything is in place and ready for use. Additionally, we prioritize the assembly of large and heavy items upon the initiation of the rental contract as well as provide disassembly services as the contract expires, aiming to streamline the rental experience for our clients.

We employ industry best practices to ensure secure packaging and loading, mitigating any potential risks associated with transit. Furthermore, our delivery personnel are trained to navigate various logistical challenges, such as narrow hallways or tight corners, with proficiency and efficiency. Delivery Confirmation:
Upon delivery, you'll be asked to inspect the rental items and sign off on the delivery confirmation.

Pickup Process:
At the end of your rental period, our team will coordinate the pickup of the rental items.
Simply schedule a pickup time that works for you, and our team will come to retrieve the furniture from your location.
Delivery Fees:
