We understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery when it comes to furnishing your space. Our goal is to ensure that your rental furniture arrives safely and seamlessly, so you can focus on enjoying your beautifully furnished space.

Delivery Options:
We offer convenient delivery options to suit your schedule and preferences. Among our options, customers may choose from standard delivery, scheduled delivery windows based on their need and contactless delivery options to minimize person-to-person contact during the process. As we offer both products and rental packages, the estimated shipping period may vary. In certain cases, the delivery process may be subject to overview and confirmation by building management. 

Delivery Area:
We currently deliver within the 23 wards of Tokyo and other locations by request. If your location is not within our delivery area, please contact our customer service team to discuss alternative arrangements.

Delivery Process:
Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare your rental furniture for delivery. On the scheduled delivery date, our delivery team will arrive at your specified location with your rental items. Our comprehensive delivery process commences with proactive communication with building management to secure necessary approvals. We adhere strictly to a high standard of delivery, meticulously safeguarding elevators and floors, as well as ensuring compliance with any building regulations or restrictions. We'll handle the heavy lifting and set up the furniture in your desired location, ensuring everything is in place and ready for use. Additionally, we prioritize the assembly of large and heavy items upon the initiation of the rental contract as well as provide disassembly services as the contract expires, aiming to streamline the rental experience for our clients.

Our team takes utmost care in wrapping and handling all furniture items to minimize the risk of damage during transportation. We employ industry best practices to ensure secure packaging and loading, mitigating any potential risks associated with transit. Furthermore, our delivery personnel are trained to navigate various logistical challenges, such as narrow hallways or tight corners, with proficiency and efficiency. Throughout the delivery process, we maintain open lines of communication with our clients, providing updates on delivery schedules and addressing any concerns promptly. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to exceed expectations by delivering a seamless and stress-free rental experience from start to finish."

Delivery Confirmation:
Upon delivery, you'll be asked to inspect the rental items and sign off on the delivery confirmation.
Please take the time to review the items and report any discrepancies or damages to our delivery team immediately.

Pickup Process:
At the end of your rental period, our team will coordinate the pickup of the rental items.
Simply schedule a pickup time that works for you, and our team will come to retrieve the furniture from your location.

Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees may vary depending on your location, delivery options, and the size of your order. You'll see the delivery fee calculated at checkout before completing your order.

Payments:
We offer several payment methods such as bank transfer, all major credit cards and in special cases cash payments for your convenience. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment process as suited to your needs.

Our Story

Over my 13-year tenure at OSF Digital, which included relocations spanning the US, Canada, France, and APAC, as well as collaborations with prominent global brands, my journey in Japan began in October 2017. This relocation marked the initiation of business operations in JAPAC (Japan and Asia Pacific) for OSF Digital—a premier digital transformation and global commerce solutions company renowned for its proficiency in data-driven AI-powered Salesforce multi-cloud solutions, enterprise CRM, CMS, OMS, and cloud application development.

Upon arrival, I found myself in a furnished service apartment with impressive amenities and a spacious terrace. However, the catch was that I was not permitted to make any alterations to the apartment, not even a simple nail on the wall. Although the apartment was comfortable, after residing there for over three years, a strong desire emerged to find a place I could truly call "home away from home."

The decision was made to rent an apartment in Daikanyama, this time with the freedom to furnish it according to my preferences. Transitioning from my old apartment posed a challenge, with options limited to selling items on marketplaces like Mercari or arranging for the ward to pick them up, albeit with a hefty fee attached.

This challenge, coupled with the realization of the prolonged process and expense involved in acquiring quality furniture in Japan, sparked the idea for relocation services. Witnessing the struggles of fellow expats & foreigners in both parting with and acquiring furniture, I saw an opportunity to address this need. Thus, the concept of relocation services was born, aligning with my newfound hobby of home decoration and restoration.
