However, if the appliance malfunctions due to its natural lifespan, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Our Story

Over my 13-year tenure at OSF Digital, which included relocations spanning the US, Canada, France, and APAC, as well as collaborations with prominent global brands, my journey in Japan began in October 2017. This relocation marked the initiation of business operations in JAPAC (Japan and Asia Pacific) for OSF Digital—a premier digital transformation and global commerce solutions company renowned for its proficiency in data-driven AI-powered Salesforce multi-cloud solutions, enterprise CRM, CMS, OMS, and cloud application development.

Upon arrival, I found myself in a furnished service apartment with impressive amenities and a spacious terrace. However, the catch was that I was not permitted to make any alterations to the apartment, not even a simple nail on the wall. Although the apartment was comfortable, after residing there for over three years, a strong desire emerged to find a place I could truly call "home away from home."

The decision was made to rent an apartment in Daikanyama, this time with the freedom to furnish it according to my preferences. Transitioning from my old apartment posed a challenge, with options limited to selling items on marketplaces like Mercari or arranging for the ward to pick them up, albeit with a hefty fee attached.

This challenge, coupled with the realization of the prolonged process and expense involved in acquiring quality furniture in Japan, sparked the idea for relocation services. Witnessing the struggles of fellow expats & foreigners in both parting with and acquiring furniture, I saw an opportunity to address this need. Thus, the concept of relocation services was born, aligning with my newfound hobby of home decoration and restoration.
